By accessing or using The Bar Fitness EP facilities, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Services

Members and guests must use all gym equipment, facilities, and services in a safe and responsible manner. The Bar Fitness EP is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to improper use of equipment or failure to follow posted guidelines. All users must be at least 18 years of age. No minors are permitted.

3. Membership Terms

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Monthly memberships renew automatically on the billing date unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Annual paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Members are responsible for keeping their billing information current.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Bar Fitness EP, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the facilities or services. You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks by using our facilities.

5. Changes to Terms

The Bar Fitness EP reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted notice at the facility. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
